HMC requires all staff to be vaccinated against Covid-19.  We also require all contractors who meet with clients and others as part of carrying out HMC work to be vaccinated. 

To minimise risk of infection, we require all visitors to our HMC office to be vaccinated.  If you are not vaccinated, we are happy to make other arrangements to meet at an alternative location where we can social-distance or meet via videoconference.  Let HMC know if alternative meeting arrangements should be made when booking an appointment.

We understand some clients and businesses we interact with will have unvaccinated people (staff or others) coming onto their premises.  If this is the case, HMC team members may request to meet with you at an alternative location where they can social-distance or may choose to meet via videoconference.
