Smoked Fish Mousse

We mostly fish in the summer months, so this is a real summer treat when we catch the big ones that end up in the smoker. Even people who don’t normally like fish, LOVE this mousse. 


400g of smoked snapper / kahawai
Half a can cannellini beans
1 lemon, juice and zest
3 tbs mayonnaise
Bunch of fresh parsley
1tsp of virgin olive oil
Cracked pepper and salt to your tasting 


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined until smooth. Serve on crostini or as a dip.
