The Espresso Martini is really more a decadent, liquid dessert than a drink and perfect for the festive season. Always a good way to impress your guests. Just make sure not to serve them after 5pm as everyone will be up all night.
1 part Vodka 1 part freshly brewed espresso coffee 1 part coffee liqueur (i.e. Kahlua) 4 coffee beans Ice
It’s just a matter of mixing booze with coffee. Shake the Kahlua, Vodka and espresso together with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to get rid of all the small ice chips. Tip: Shake for at least 10 seconds for optimal frothiness.
